CODE OF CONDUCT

Creating a safe, respectful and professional environment for everyone attending LIVEX 2026.

All registered brokers attending LIVEX 2026 are expected to follow the standards below throughout their time at the event.

Respectful
behaviour

All attendees must treat fellow participants, exhibitors, LIVEX staff and venue personnel with respect, courtesy and professionalism.

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threatening conduct or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

All networking, meetings and business interactions should be conducted in a constructive and professional manner.

Sales and
commercial activities

Direct sales activities at LIVEX are restricted to registered exhibitors operating within their designated exhibition spaces.

Registered brokers must not conduct or facilitate unauthorised sales activities, solicit attendees or exhibitors without permission, or distribute promotional materials outside permitted areas.

The commercial rights and designated spaces of LIVEX exhibitors must be respected at all times.

Badge and
registration compliance

Attendees must wear the official badge issued by the LIVEX 2026 registration team while on the exhibition premises.

Badges are personal and must not be transferred, shared or used by another individual.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. False or misleading information may result in immediate revocation of event access.

Health, safety
and security

All attendees are expected to follow venue and event health, safety and security requirements.

Any safety hazard, security concern or suspicious activity should be reported immediately to a member of the LIVEX team.

Consequences
of non-compliance

Any violation of this Code of Conduct, including but not limited to the provision of false information, unauthorised badge use, harassment, or prohibited sales activities, may result in:

  • Immediate removal from the exhibition premises.
  • Revocation of registration and access privileges for the duration of LIVEX 2026.
  • Potential legal action and/or reporting to relevant authorities as deemed appropriate.
  • Possible exclusion from future LIVEX events.

Reporting
violations

If you believe you have been the victim of, or witness to, any violation of this Code of Conduct, please report the incident immediately to a member of the LIVEX team.

All reports will be treated with confidentiality and addressed promptly to ensure a safe and professional environment for all attendees.

Acceptance
of the Code

By accepting registration and wearing an official badge, registered brokers acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct throughout their attendance at LIVEX 2026.
